  1. Hello Arantxa!!
    I'm Monica Ferreiro from 1ªA
Most people prefer to interact on internet with people that are like them, that think and like the same things. So it's like an 'echo chamber' and this is as we talk to ourselves. Also companies only show us what they think we will like and this is an 'echo chamber' too, that affect us making us less interested or open to different ideas or things.

  2. Hi Arantxa, I’m Ángela of 1ºB:
People nowadays already prefer to talk to people through the internet, this is called an "echo chamber". Companies also scare us only those that can call our attention the most, and this is also called an "echo chamber."

I would suggest that you read the text again. Once you have done the exercises, see if you find the meaning of "echo chamber" different. Remember only worksheets sent before the answer key is released will be accepted.

People prefer to talk and communicate with more people than you have the same thought, this would be "echo chamber".Companies know what you like and that's what it shows for you to come in, this would also be an "echo chamber".

  4. Hi Arantxa!! I´m Antonio Sánchez from 1ºA.

    QUESTION:
How does the "echo chamber" the text is talking about affects people? Do you think you are also affected by it?
Many people prefer to meet (online) people who are like them, like the same things, and have the same thoughts. This is an "echo chamber", equal and grouped people. This affects us, makes us less interested or open to differences. There are companies that group these people together and encourage us to enter.

Now, I want to ask you this: Do we have to send the results of the activities when you activate the answers?
    Thank you!! Regards!!❤️

In the actuality, almost everyone like social media. But what people don´t know when they use social media is that we give information to different companies about what we like or prefer. It makes that we recieve information or advertising about friends, blogs or shop stores .
I think that, not only me, everyones now a days is affected by echo chamber and we can moderate the use we make of our social networks to solve it.

Echo chambers, in my opinion, are like misleading advertising. More and more people prefer the comfort of being at home, meeting people online, working from home...
Echo chambers are the ones that make those communications possible between two or more people, but through an echo chamber they can deceive you, not everyone thinks alike.
The internet makes everything easier, it makes us move, it makes us less and less interested in going out for anything.
It doesn’t affect me at the moment, but the day will come when it will affect us all.

The effect makes us more closed and less curious about the world. A concept where the different is censored or prohibited. This never affected me.

In my opinion, "the echo chamber" is an effect that could be said to be caused by social networks because we talk to people who have our same interests, in my case I have friends with whom I disagree in some opinions And they teach me other side of a subject, so it makes me have a more open mind, although I think it influences me in some things.

it makes us less interesting and more boring since we do not explore and we are always seeing the same thing without a difference and I think that does not happen to me because I always inform myself and look for all kinds of things in the Apps, but really Most of the things that I usually see are the same things that I enjoy

People prefer to speak and communicate with more people through the Internet. The effect makes us more closed and less curious about the world. I think it is okay to have friends online, but it is more important in person.
