  3. 1.Who was found floating out of the coast of Huelva and what was he carrying?

The person found was Major William Martin, of the British Royal Marines, who was carrying a briefcase with a letter with details about the Allied armies' plans to attack Greece across the Mediterranean Sea.

If we go on watching the video, we discover that there never was any Major William Martin, it is said that there was a man called Glyndwr Michael, and the body found was his body. He was dressed in the correct uniform and given painstakingly forged personal documents: a receipt for a wedding ring, a photo and love letter from a fiancée, bus ticket, some keys, and some other paperwork.

2.What was the letter they mention about?

A letter which had false details about the Allied armie's plans to confuse Hitler.

3.How did the Germans get the letter and what were the consequences?

A German spy took a copy to Germany.
Thanks to that, Britain took Sicily, used it as a beachhead to get to Italy, and German war plans were in tatters.

4.What was the real identity and origin of the corpse floating on the coast? How did he get there?

Glyndwr Michael. He was a Welshman in London in World War 2, homeless, penniless, friendless.
He died on the streets after eating poison, perhaps deliberately, perhaps by desperately eating food that was left out for rats.
His body was held in a mortuary for a while, then dressed in the correct uniform and given painstakingly forged personal documents. Then the body was put onboard a submarine which sailed to the coast of Spain, and quietly, on a dark night in April 1943, the boat's crew let the body drift with the currents.
The plan was called Operation Mincemeat.
