  1. The words I didn't know were unethical, blacklash, pajaging and aperoach.

The truth is that I very much agree with the text, we must reduce the use of plastic and on the contrary use more biodegradable products. We must also recycle and not pollute since the health of the earth is our health and if it becomes ill we will also do it.

  3. The new words I´ve learned are rid, wastage, surplus, grocer, deny, supplier, backlash, pledge, warehouse and lion´s share.

First of all, I think supermarkets and business are the responsible of the critical situation. Nevertheless, we can do some things to help the environment. For example, taking your own bag in the supermarket or buying only the products you need everyday. Also, you may go to local fruit shops or butcher shops. They don’t use plastic packagings and you contribute to local trade. Moreover, you can help by stopping consuming “fast fashion”. It includes inditex's clothing shops and many famous brands.

  4. Hello arantxa, I have learned the words : Packaging, pledge, farmdrop and surplus.

I think these proposals are great, although tons of food are still being wasted, we are in time to change, another of the measures that we are proposing to use is the prohibition of plastic bags, allowing only reusable bags.

We can also remove plastic cups, plates, trays ... by cardboard cups, plates and trays.

Since I'm a child I really enjoy watching horror films with my cousin. We used to turned all the lights off and panic. It was fun. It has helped me to notice all this clichés we are talking about, and I want to add another ones to the list.
First I want you to think about the persecucion scene, where the protagonist always trips on as if it would be the first time she/he runs. Also, the victim is attended by a weird man in the fuel station or in the shop.

  6. Hi Arantxa! The words that I didn't know were Tropes :tropos and tools : herramientas.

Yes, I like so much horror movies due to it gives suspense to the watchers about what is going to happen next.

One of the most horror film clichés that I've realized are the evil dolls ; Sabrina, Chucky, Annabelle... haunted mansions, and old woman/man who lives alone but keeps a secret, playing ouijas, ghost Busters (The Warrens marriage) the new neighbours, the group of teenagers...

It is truth that in the last moment when the person really needs help to scape they have scarce ressources.
    ----------
Arantxa I have a question, what kind of pronoun I could use to refer to both genres instead of saying ''Her/him''??

    1. There is no "neutral gender for a person" son you can go with a pronoun like "someone", it depends on the sentence. Give me the sentence that you have in mind and I'll show you.

  7. Hello Arantxa, the words i’ve learned are trope, narrow, damp and resourceful.

Horror films are not my favorite cinematography genre, but I’ve seen some of them, and a cliché that repeats in a lot of films is the apparition of girls in a scary place. The girl is the spirit of the place because she was killed there or killed herself or whatever, but normally when in a film appear an abandoned house or a scary place you should know that someone was killed there and probably is a girl, who has a white dress and doesn't have a very good face.

  8. Hi Arantxa! I have learned these words: rely, creepy, basements and themselves.
Since I was a child, I always liked going to my country house with my father and we watching scary movies. My father always liked horror movies from director "Stanley Kubrick", and that's why I love scary movies. Typical of scary movies is that the protagonist goes down to the basement alone and there she meets the murderer or she runs in a house and that when she falls, she sees her boyfriend dead. I think the cliche of scary movies has its charm.

  9. Hello, the new word i have learned is trope.

I love horror films, it is the only kind of movie that my other and I watch together since I was very young, so for me, there aren´t scary anymore.
But now, I don´t watch it so often because of the clichés, y feel that there are all the same thing.
First we have that the protagonist never turns on the mobile flashlight, they prefer to walk in the dark, and obviously, in they turn on a light it would not have enough battery and will turn off soon.
Also, how the group of protagonists always separate themselves in scary places and start dying one by one, even though that together it will be easier to survive.

    1. Thanks Ana!
In the sentence "First, we have..."try to use , Let's say, instead of "we have" .
Instead of "separate themselves", the group "split up" or " never stay together"
      well done!

  12. hello arantxa, here are the words I learned and my comment about horror movies..

    Deadly hitchhiker- autopista

    Perhaps- Quizas

    Resourceful- ingenioso

trope- tropo ( figura retórica que utilizan las palabras o frases en un sentido distinto al que les corresponde)

    coverage- cobertura

I personally do not like horror movies, because when I am in the cinema or on my sofa, what I want is to enjoy a good story, that tries to move me, make me laugh or simply entertain. Although I recognize the technical quality of these films and it is fun to see them at other times.
Still not loving this genre of movies, I know several of them, especially the most famous. Knowing these we could add more cliches.
For example, in many horror movies decrepit old women are used to scare the viewer and the characters, as in "the nun". In addition, in relation to the previous example, religious themes also predominate, with characters such as exorcists, nuns, crucifixes or demonic beings.

  14. I have watched horror films all my life.I'm an expert of horror, only a few films make me tremble. It's classic in murder horror films that always die or dissapear the last one of the team who is finding what problem is the house or the place where they are. Other classic character archetype is the brave principal character who never doubt to go to the strange sound from the basement. This is the most hated character due to make feel terible panic to the audience of this kind of films.

New words: damp, tropes, coverage, uninhabited, toughest, resourceful

I really like horror films, I think they are a great way to spend time with your friends in a healthy and enjoyable way, and the jumpsacares are secured!
Another cliche that quickly came staight to my mind is the fact that all horror movies have protagonists that even when it's tremendously obvious they should leave that place immediately, they stay.
